Join us for a morning of self-care for mind, body & soul. Roll out your yoga mat for an hour session of yoga & mediation followed by a peaceful brunch including bottomless bubbly from Adkins Family Vineyards. The first 20 people to register will take home a swag bag of wellness goodies!

About the event
Yoga will take place at the venue between Adkin's Family Winery & Sheldon Inn, on the lawn under the grand oak tree. Check-in will begin at 9:30 am, and the yoga session will begin at 10 am. The yoga session will be instructed by Roz Knight, with UPLIFT yoga studio, Elk Grove.
*Please bring your own yoga mat, and a full-size towel is advised.
Brunch will be served tableside from a special menu and a breakfast board of goodies will be available at each table. You can also help yourself to Hot coffee & tea.
Bottomless bubbly will be served tableside from our selection of Adkin's Sparkling wines, including our peach and pomegranate flavors. A variety of juices will be available for mimosas at a self serve mimosa station.
The first 20 guest to register will receive a Bubbles, Brunch & Yoga Canvas tote with a water bottle, and other health & wellness items provided by the vendors present at the event.

Each ticket includes a one-hour yoga session, brunch, bottomless bubbly, and a canvas tote filled with wellness goodies.
